About Me

I’m Jordan Mitri, a graphic designer and photographer. As a graphic designer, my designs often have a strong emphasis on boldness, giving them a recognizable, standout design. My other works have a heavy emphasis on composition and layout, often being landscapes.

I love the idea of interesting compositions. Whether it's taking photos of cars I find, capturing urban scenes in a way that tells a story, or creating a design that is put together in a visually compelling way, composition is the backbone of making that happen. It's the driving force of design, and without a sense of composition, compelling graphics and photography would not be possible.

What inspires me the most is to create work that is special to me. Capturing a moment in time that you can relive in your head, creating an artwork that makes you proud, or simply making something that itches that good design part of your brain is what drives me to create.

I often work best when inspiration hits me. I feel as if I force myself to work on a project without a strong goal, it produces a result that isn’t reflective of my best work. My camera comes with me where I go, when an opportunity for a photo strikes, I take a photo of it. Keeping your eye out for that perfect photo opportunity and always looking out for inspiration makes living life just a little bit more fun.
